Portuguese Silver Ship


An original silver coin from Portugal that was minted between the years 1932 and 1951.
The ship pictured is a Portuguese Caravel with full masts sailing to the left. The Caravel was developed by the Portuguese in the 15th century. This coin is 20 mm, which is somewhere between the size of a penny and a nickel; the chain is sterling silver.

Coins used are all originals and may bear slight variations due to wear.
