The half penny was minted in several variants from Victorian times (mid 1800's) up until 1967. This version, with Queen Elizabeth II on the front features an engraving of the “Golden Hind,” the British galleon famous for circumnavigating the globe between 1577 and 1580 during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I. This coin is 25 millimeters in diameter and is made of bronze.

Coins are all originals and may bear slight variations due to wear.
