NYC "Small Y" Subway Token (Silver Plated)
The "Small Y" was the first in a series of six tokens used in the New York City subway system. It was minted between 1953 and 1970, making it the oldest of all the subway tokens, and the one that was the longest in use. This token has been silver plated and hangs from a sterling silver chain.
Tokens used are all originals and may bear slight variations due to wear.
